In 1996 Es-Cube Laboratories applied through their attorney, to The Government of India. The Patent Office Branch, New Delhi, vide patent application number 786/del/96 dated 11/04/96 for a patent relating to "hair treating composition and process for preparing the same".
The patent office has accepted the application of rêver for patent and it will be published very shortly in Gazette of India, part III section-2
ES-CUBE LABORATORIES received Patent in 2001.
Es-Cube Laboratories is the only firm in the whole globe to achieve Patent for their product to cure baldness while American Companies launched Minoxidil & Propecia have not got the Patent so far.
